Event Photography

HORSE SHOWS & EVENTS

Beginning at $40 per rider

CLINICS, SCHOOLINGS, & LESSONS

Beginning at $50 per day

Pricing begins at $40 per horse

Photography services for the duration of your event (schedule to be agreed upon in pre-event meeting with the photographer). Photos will include a mixture of horse, horse/rider, competition, winner's circle, awards ceremonies, & candid shots
What you will recieve:

A digital file granting access to all unedited (watermarked, .jpg) image proofs for all event participants
A link for participants to purchase photo packages or individual photos
$40/photo -- Includes fully edited photo of your choice, including small corrections (e.g., ears forward, closing or opening eye(s), removal of blemishes &/or background distractions)

Pricing begins at $50 per day

FREE -- A digital file granting access to all unedited (watermarked, .jpg) image proofs for all event participants
$50/day -- Includes lightly edited collection of all photos of you & your horse from the event, as well as candids
$40/photo -- Includes fully edited photo of your choice, including small corrections (e.g., ears forward, closing or opening eye(s), removal of blemishes &/or background distractions)

(1 hour sessions)

Capture your beautiful horse on their own or with you in a one-on-one session. Includes up to 3 settings of your choosing at your property & 1 change of clothes or tack. Standard packages include a mixture of full body, face/neck portraits, and candid photos. Sessions are scheduled in 1 hour blocks per horse.
Standard package includes: 10-20 high quality, professionally-edited images* (.png or .raw format) in black/white or color; suitable for printing or framing.

Pricing begins at $100 per horse

(30 minute sessions)

Photos feature your horse seemingly coming into the light from the darkness. Your choice of hard lines where your horse is solid against a true black background (for example, the muzzle of the horse at left), or softer lines where your horse appears to fade into the black background (see the left side of his face & neck, or his back). Sessions typically take approximately 30 min per horse.
Standard package includes: Two (2) high quality, profesionally-edited images* (.png or .raw format) suitable for printing or framing (one full body, and one head/neck). Price also reflects the increased editing labor for these types of images.

Pricing begins at $200

(1 to 3 hour sessions)

These types of sessions are done primarily at the discretion of the artist's creative process. While you may bring some ideas of what you would like to see, the intent is that you release some of your autonomy is surrendered so that the photographer is free to direct where the session goes in order to capture one-of-a-kind images that feature your horse as a piece of art. Color vs. black & white, and number of photos are at the discretion of the artist.
Standard package includes: At least 5 high-quality, professionally-edited images* (.png or .raw format) suitible for printing or framing; printing to canvas also available upon request at the expense of horse owner.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Firefly Studios does not condone the use of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in creative or artistic spaces. All of your professionally-edited images are edited meticulously by hand using a variety of programs, & you can be assured that zero generative AI will be used in the editing process of any of your images.

Pricing reflects the additional work needed to edit photos individually by hand.
